when the doc asks me to breath in and out???

the doc has me breathin and  out..i feel  light headed  real bad almost  like hypervision..i have a lung funshion test in November..how will i do this one..if i cant even breath in and out...i can rember this happing along time ago as well..the pulmonary doc says  im copd..never had a lung test yet..im sevre sleep apnea on bi pap  with 5 lpm..was 3 lpm just raised it due to o2 lowered 55 min..but the mean was 92% i have smoked 30 nyrs..still am..i get winded  but ut not real bad..i weze alittle..im also asthmatic bourned with it..   diagnose  are copd osa hypoxia....he never explains  anything..so i made a appt monday to consult with him on these  things i do know what they all mean....but the hypoxia i dont know what it is sevre mild????????  i dont know raises  alot of questshions....ive had alot of home o2  tests...its getting to the point im afraid to sleep of wha i get anyways...PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME FIGURE  THIS OUT THANK YOU ALL   JAMES..
