worried about mild emphysema

Hello Sir. I am a 22 years old boy . Recently I had a X-ray which gave the report as follows:

Lungs:- Mild emphysema is seen at both sides- suggests features of non-specific R.T.I
No other parenchymal  lesion or any pleural lesion is seen.

Blood examination and review after 4-6 weeks suggested.

When I went to the doctor he said it is no emphysema..only respiratory infection. Another doctor just mentioned mild emphysema but ignored it at once. I cannot understand what it really is. I have never smoked in my life. How can I have mild emphysema then? Also I don't have any breathing problem.

So I want to know what the problem really is? Can mild emphysema be detected in a typical x-ray? What should I do? What about the blood examination mentioned in the report. Please sir reply me as soon as possible because I am worried about it.

            Thank you.
