RLS ?

I have pains in my legs that i cant really describe . its not an achey (achy) feeling or like a pins and needles feeling. It kind of feels like when you sit on your knees for a while then get up & it feels like i could stretch them for miles .. could this be RLS or does this sound familiar to any one ? its driving me crazy . it even wakes me up at night :(

Hi there!

This does not typically sound like RLS and other possibilities such as neuropathies, micronutrient deficiencies, neuro-muscular/ vascular issues, hormonal/ endocrine imbalance etc may need to be considered. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
