Hi there!

Reactive arthritis or auto-reactive arthritis refers to a condition when anti-bodies produced against a foreign antigen acts against cells within one’s own body with similar immunochemical behavior leading to joint inflammation. It may be associated with inflammation of other structures as well. Management in such cases is usually conservative with anti-inflammatory and supportive measures.
