does yawning or smiling ruin rhinoplasty?

today is my 3 day after closed rhinoplasty. i was just wondering if smiling or yawning can ruin the rhionplasty? i feel like i have a horrible cold and im anxiosuly waiting to get the packing out of my nose.

After a rhinoplasty, there is a lot of swelling in the nasal area. The swelling, combined with the presence of your cast may make a yawn or smile feel more noticeable than usual but will not necessarily ruin anything. Hope this helps.

no yawning or smiling won't ruin it. sleep with your head elevated though.
