nose refinement in office?

I had told my cosmetic surgeon that i was interested in removing the bump on my nose. He said he could do it in the office under local, said he would simply shave down the bump, and i go home in a hour, and would be much less expensive and invasive than a nose job.  again its not a rhinoplasty, just shaving down the bump, said he would give me xanax to relax me. have you ever heard of this and how much less expensive is it?

The procedure can significantly enhance an individual's facial appearance by creating a more grateful nose and an enhanced his/her face and help's in looking smart. Rhinoplasty can help change the size and shape of your nose. It may be done for cosmetic reasons or to restore the shape and size of your nose after an injury or an accident

Hello,

Shaving down a bump is typically referred to as rhinoplasty.  Depending on what you need, minor procedures may be performed under local. I typically recommend general anesthesia for rhinoplasty procedures, as there may be significant trauma to the nose during the surgical period, and the patient is more comfortable. Do our homework when looking for a surgeon. Please send any photos to my office if you wish, an I would be happy to take a look at them for you. My contact information is listed in my profile. Thank you, and best of luck.

I have really never heard about shaving bumps. Consult more plastic surgeons about it. After all, it is about your nose, which is the center of your face. Don't take quick decision. If u want, I can give a reputed broad certified surgeon's number, consult him.
