red and dry tip of nose a year after rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty 13 months ago.  The tip of my nose is still consistently red and dry.  How can I get rid of this, it is very noticeable, especially in pictures.

Hello,

It would be best for you to speak with your surgeon, as he/she knows the extent of your surgery and exactly what was performed. Thank you for the message, and best of luck to you.
