hello there,im very concerned about my nose its the second week after my operation. i had an open rhinoplasty and alar base reduction, my nose is still very swollen evan worse than it was a couple of days ago.it looks very wide and bulbus still.i dont no if the reason its gotten worse is because iv had a sickness bug and was being sick alot and seemed to strain my nose alot when being sick,and i also have two lumps appeared at the top of my nose were they had to bring it in so that it wasnt so wide,my dad seems to think its a calcium build up but im not sure.im not sure if its part of the healing process.iv also had alot of very hard dried blood up my nose thats been there for two weeks now.The nurse told me to leave it until it falls out,and im sure its one of the reasons that its makeing my nostrils stick out, plus the swelling.i would just like to be resured that this is all normal many thanks. x x
