Hola,

Back just before the turn of the century, I experienced a cocaine (crack) related overdose by mouth, quite by accident.  It was about the size of a fingernail on the pinky, in terms of volume.  Being that I workout daily, I imagine this slight pain I occasionally feel in the lower quadrant (closest to the heart) of the right breast to be the damaged nerve interacting with the muscle.  Un tio que es doctor, me dijo que es como un circuito corto.  Would you enlighten me as to what might be going on? Could there be any problems related to the heart, now or down the line?  If you are unable to help me, could you refer me to someone who might?  Thank you for your time and consideration
