safe area restaurants

Hi,

My four year-old is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts.  I'm having a difficult time finding restaurants in the Bergen County area (I live in the Pascack Valley) that are allergy-aware and safe.  Can you give me some suggestions?  I'd love to be able to safely dine out with my family.

Thanks.

A great place to dine and they offer allergy menus is Chilis and South of the Border.  My son has the same allergies and loves to get his own menu.

We seem to have good luck at Blue Moon in Hillsdale. I have several friends of kids with nut allergies who often eat there and have not had a problem. Also my son seems to feel comfortable eating there - he is  peanut and tree nut allergic and even requested to go there on his birthday.  You could also try BoneFish Grill in Paramus who seem to be very allergy aware.
