12 year struggle for answers

Had unprotected sex with a women in Brazil 12 years ago. (only risky sexual encounter in my life) Was tested for STDs when I returned, all the tests were negative. Continued to experience symptoms for 12 years: sensitive skin on the penis, itchiness in the pubic hair, testicular pain and discharge. Tested postive for chlamydia just a few weeks ago. (Must have had a false negative before) I finished the chlamydia medicine 12 days ago. Received oral sex from someone 2 nights ago, haven't had any other sexual relations for 5 years. Just submitted blood and urine today to be retested for chlamydia and other STDs:
Chlamydia Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAA)
Gonorrhea Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAA)
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen with Confirmation by Neutralization
Hepatitis C Surface Antibody Test (Anti-HCV)
Herpes I Simplex Virus Type I IgG Tests (HerpeSelect (R))
Herpes II Simplex Virus Type II IgG Tests (HerpeSelect (R))
HIV-1 Antibody Test with Reflex to Western Blot Confirmation
Syphilis Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR) Test with Reflex to Quantitative RPR and Confirmatory TP-PA

1) Did I put someone at risk with oral sex, based on the fact I finished the chlamydia medicine 10 days before? My penis and pubic area felt more irritated the day afterwards.

2) Based on the fact I put myself at risk in Brazil, are there any other tests that I shoud take now, other than what I Iisted above?

Since I still have symptoms, what about LGV, trichomoniasis and ectoparasitic infections? I have never been tested or treated for these. I mention them since the other tests came back negative.

Do you mean re-infection of the chlamydia? The day after the oral sex, I tested negative for the 8 STDs listed above. (including chlamydia) We haven't had intercourse, yet she complained it hurt when she went to the bathroom. (I have the same symptoms, painful urination) Could it possibly be a urniary tract infection or something else???

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.  Apologies for not having replied sooner.
It sounds like the only infection that you had was Chlamydia and this was treated before you had the oral sex.  Therefore no risk of transmisson to the other person.  The irritation must have been caused by the oral sex itself or by a re-infection.
There is no need for you to have any other tests.  What you have mentioned is a very comprehensive STD screening.
Best wishes,
Dr José
