Hello,
What you can be sure about is that you do not have Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea. The tests were certainly negative, but also you have had an array of antibiotics that would have treated the vast majority of infections capable of causing the symptoms that you have been experiencing, including Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, Trichomona, Gardnerella, etc. It is possible that you might still have a different kind of micro-organism responsible for an infection. However it is more likely that you might have developed either chronic urethritis (sometimes also in the form of sterile urethritis) or even prostatitis (hence the pain between the scrotum and the anus). These are conditions sometimes difficult to diagnose and treat, and one might need a long term course of oral antibiotics, even months. There is even a strong psychological effect in the symptoms as one tends to focus in the symptoms, almost expecting them. I think that if your symptoms continue you need to see your urologist once again. You need a urine test to check for white blood cells, typical of NSU (non-specific urethritis, or even of chronic urethritis) as well as a blood test for a PSA, always raised in cases of prostatitis. All these investigations might shed some light in your case in order to find the right treatment. I am sorry I cannot be more specific but it is not always easy to give advice in this type of cases.
