Risks in Recieving Handjobs

Greetings,

Yesterday a girl masturbated me using moisturizer as lube (handjob). No vaginal or oral sex was involved.

I'm afraid I may have gotten an STD because just an hour later whilst I was taking a shower I saw a very small and obvious circular bump beneath the skin of the shaft. The bump does not hurt. I'm not sure whether that bump was there before or after the event. I'm afraid it may be HPV as I have heard that this can spread through simple skin-to-skin contact even without sexual intercourse.

My queries are:

1. What are the STD risks involved in recieving handjobs?
2. Can HPV be contracted through this manner?
3. Can you also contract HIV through this manner?

Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.  Firstly I would like to say that it is impossible to develop symptoms of any STD or STI after only one hour of an encounter.  Therefore I very much doubt that this has anything to do with a sexually transmitted infection.  I suspect that it was possibly already there befor you received the hand job; the most that it could be perhpas a reaction to the cream used as lubricant?

1. What are the STD risks involved in recieving handjobs? GENERALLY NONE.  HPV IS A POSSIBILITY BUT SYMPTOMS WOULD NORMALLY TAKE WEEKS BEFORE APPEARING
2. Can HPV be contracted through this manner? THEORETICALLY YES.
3. Can you also contract HIV through this manner? NOT AT ALL.  IMPOSSIBLE.

Best wishes,
Dr José

Hello

4. Do I need to get tested if this was HPV? Or maybe get an STD test?

NO - NOTHING OF ANY INTEREST HAPPENED

5. If say, I contracted HPV, would that have the possibility that it carried other STDs as well like HIV or HSV-2, etc.?

NONE - YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! GOLLY - ALL THAT HAPPENED WAS A HAND JOB WITH SOME CREAM. RELAX

Best regards, Sean

Greetings,

In addition to my post, and for further information, I already have HSV-1.

And I also do have just a few more queries.

4. Do I need to get tested if this was HPV? Or maybe get an STD test?
5. If say, I contracted HPV, would that have the possibility that it carried other STDs as well like HIV or HSV-2, etc.?

Thanks.
