? About oral hpv grace?

I preformed oral brief on someone about six weeks ago this weekend I developed a small white bump on side of my tounge it burns for
Time to time and seems to be getting bigger it's about size if pin head now I went to dr she said she knows nothing and referring me to ent but can't get in for month anyway does this sound like hpv will I die she mentioned about it being down my throat since I get dry and raspy by mid day I'm do worried now what is going to happen what should I look for should I stop relationship with partner will if go away should I wait a month for ent or go to dentist I am so sad this is happening thanks

odds are this isn't even std related dear. It certainly isn't likely something that would greatly effect your health either.

Thanks I'm just so concerned its like I'm worried I'm dying and my tounge is in so much pain the wort is starting to look pointy now and now I think I'm getting another on my tounge

A small white bump on the side of your tongue could be an indicator of anything, or nothing at all.
What did your doctor mention about it being down your throat? You say you get dry and raspy by midday, do you also sometimes wake up with a sore throat? If so, this can be caused by post nasal drip, from sinus problems. Sometimes this can be the only symptom of sinus problems. Just something to consider, since she did refer you to an ENT, and they specialize in that area.
Also to add, I am sure if your doctor thought this was in any way related to a sexually transmitted disease, a referral to an ENT wouldn't have been top priority on her list. I would assume she would have wanted to get you tested for some of these diseases, if she suspected them.
If it is concerning you that much, try and go back to your doctor and ask if they can run tests on you. If not, there are always clinics around that deal with this type of thing strictly.
