STD from semen contact.

I recently had an anonymous encounter with another male.

His penis was uncircumcised, and had seminal fluid on the tip.  I touched the tip to my lips, but did not put it into my mouth.  Seminal fluid was on my lips, I wiped it off with my shirt, and I don't think any of it got into my mouth.  The encounter was very brief, but the health of the man is unknown.

I am worried that I may have contracted something.

1. Do I have anything to worry about?
2. Should I get tested?
3. What is the timeline for symptoms if infected with anything?

No because herpes is skin to skin and he would not have herpes sores at the tip of the penis.

Nope...there would not have been enough fluid to make any difference and an infection like gonorrhea would not take to the lips or even a little bit would not take to the mouth.

The risk from oral sex is gonorrha, herpes and syphilis...you did not have oral sex you had some fluid touch your lips...that is not going to transfer anything.

3. Most oral STD's don't have symptoms but you have no risk.
