strip club touch and kissing

Last week I went to a strip club. I had lap dance with two different stripers.
The first one was with no kissing at all just touching I did not touch here genitals area but I remember she said don’t touch my vagina may be I touch it from outside by mistake …I’m not sure, I did not even note. But I played with here nipples …. I do remember something wet was at my hand then I realised it is water dropped while she was drinking.

The second girl, I kissed here everywhere but not the genitals... I kissed nipples and lick it with my tongue... NO French kissed and no touches or kisses to here genitals... just what I had described.

I`m very stressed since then and I always investigating myself from STDs and HIV symptoms. How I can guarantee there was no sores or bleeding spots in their body where I have kissed or touched. Today I feel my throat (the left side) as it is infected. I have no fever or other symptoms.

What is my risk of getting any STDs from the actions described above?
Do I have to get tested from STDs ?
If yes when do you recommend the test, of course I can’t wait 3 months?

I still have the sore throat and i developed one rush in my mouth and one in my leg ( small red in my leg) no fever.

RE:  You appear to be over and excessively worrying about this when it is not needed.  Anxiety, fear, guilt are over taking your ability to reason rationally.  Let's try to work on this.

Let's not confuse guilt with risk.  You had NO risk and you have alot of guilt.

The part of "no recommendation of any STD or HIV testing" is very good news.   What part of that do you not comprehend?

What part of " NO RISK for any STDs " do you not understand?

I start feeling that the second girl says .. to me : you eat my blood .. then I says no I did not .... then she says ,,,, no you did ,,,, you will see ....I don't know this is real or I just start to imagining things that did not happen...I'm really can't foucs any more to my life ,,, I dont know what to do .

Thank you dear, Today I saw a doctor and he diagnose me with mild throat infection (it is red), it is not Bacteria after quick test he made. He says this is normal infection. And he did not recommend any STD or HIV testing.

I don’t know what to do.. Can I ignore it. I have no fever until this moment (between 36.8 C to 37.2)

Your opinion is really appreciated.
