3 weeks post exposure

I posted this in STD Community and ment if for the Expert Forum

I’m 40 year old Heterosexual male in a monogamous relationship. I travel a lot and sometimes seek the services of a CSW. I do this occasionally and always wear a condom. While in Hong Kong I engaged in sex with a Philippine CSW. During the encounter the condom broke. We changed multiple positions and I know the condom was intact when we switched to the final position with me on top wear. The condom broke sometime during this last 2 –3 minutes of sex. The encounter finished with me ejaculating while still inside. Once I realized the condom had broken I immediately urinated and showered using common body gel soaps to scrub the area. I know this constitutes unprotected sex. Having retired recently from the military I’m well immunized (Hep A, Typhiod, Small Pox, Ect…). Furthermore, I was 5 days into a 500mg X 3 per day of a 10 day Keflex for a minor surgery procedure. I finish the prescription as directed by the prescription. It has been 21 days since the encounter I have had no symptoms that I can relate to STD from reading the forum. The only condition I have currently is swollen left jaw. I sneezed and felt some thing “pop’ and now my jaw is swollen. I’m not claiming it to be a symptom I just do not want to over look any details. I have yearly STD/HIV screening with the last being in November and all results were negative. Finally my questions
· With 21 days passing with no symptoms is testing outside my annual test suggested for this one encounter before resuming sex with my partner?
· I have a 9 cycle of Cipro on hand. Would there be any advantage to taking this medication from a preventive standpoint?
Great forum and I read it all the time.

Yeah I figured that out after I accidently posted on here twice. Sorry. However, the question is still relevant to the this community so any input anyone has to offer would still be welcome. Thanks.
