4 month penile burning

Hi,
Sorry for my poor english,I had an unprotected oral and vaginal exposure with a sex worker 4 month ago.the next day my penile started to burn and I got many symptom and still have it.(constant penile burning,abdominal pain,stomach pain,joint and muscle pain and needle feeling in hand,sore throat,feeling tired more and more.weight loss and diarea.I've make many test but all came back negative and normal
Take 1 week cipro, make allergy
2 week make fbc, normal
Chlamydia,tpha vdrl,gonnorrea, herpes, hepatitis abc, hiv and urine test.all came out neg
Take 1 week bactrim forte, doxycycline.

5 week, hospitalise blood, urine, std and hiv 1 2 and p24 , stool.came out negative and normal.
Given augmentin 2 days then 8 days rosephine and fragyl
Make x ray and ultrasound scan

8 week blood and hiv test normal except sgpt high.urine test 2 different lab.normal no bacteria

11 day prostate screening psa, urea, creatine, urine culture, echography kub with prostate came normal again

12 week hiv test and p24 negative


14 week fbc sgpt a bit high

16 week hepatitis a b c.all came back negative

18 week hiv 1,2 and p24 tpha.chlamydia negative

But have burning sensation in testis and penile.sometimes in rectum and many symptom.

Follow up with your Dr, this has nothing to do with a STD.

Its now been 1 year and 5 months.id always have chronic diarhea,sore thoat but now i start to have severe joint pain.

I heard of a superbug new strain of gonnorhea.I just take a test of complement fixation technique for gonococal floculation.my question is will the test detect this type of gonnorhea?

Have you see hypochondriac people showing symptom like me?can the mind really produce symptom severe like std?

Thnxs for your reply.I know you are an expert and I believe in you all.there is no std that can have symptom before1 day?can yeast do that?because I think I test almost std.syphilis,clamydia,gonnorea,herpes,hepatitis b and c,hiv in 6 month.all came back negative.I'm not thinking something wrong like repeating question but I want to understand how your sure that std can't manifest in less than 1day?really thanks for your support

I don't know how she can have that, but it would have nothing to do with a STD.

But the problem is when I go to a doctor.they look my result and they tell me I have nothing.all severe sypmtom is in my mind.I have been with 7 doctor now.how can my wife 10 minutes after having sex with me have severe burning and nausea?

After 6 miserable symtoms which I thought was anxiety as you say and many other doctor.I have sex with my wife after this 6 months but after having sex she told me that her vagina was burning  for the first time and she don't know my story with that girl.how can it be related to anxious???I also got dark urine the next day again and still have penile pain and stomach cramp with diarea.I really need help

Wooooohoooo I got my 6 months test.as you say its negative in 3 different lab.I don't know how all my severe symptom decrease by itself.its my mind was playing with me.its the first time after 6 miserable months I can do what I want.thnxs you so much.

But I don't have lession or sore,can I have internal outbreak? What's about the other symptom ( sore throat, abdominal pain, fatigue, diarea, muscle and joint pain, testis burning, weight loss). I don't know what I got and what happening to me.can it be HPV?

Hi, no std symptoms start the next day put this with all your negative testing and you dont have any std.
Could have been a penis injury with the sex act itself and youve been constantly checking since then not allowing the injury to heal.
