A bi experience... but what's my STD risk?

Hi, hoping that someone in the community can help put my mind at a bit of rest.

I'm someone who would describe myself as bi-curious. A couple of weeks ago, I was 'experimenting' with a guy who professed to be 'clean'. I think for the purposes of my question, even if he wasn't I'm not 100% sure I'm at risk but wanted to just get an opinion.

There was mutual masturbation involved, but that's not my primary concern. For a few minutes he was grinding his (condom-covered) penis against my anus, including the tip. Basically simulating penetration, but no actual penetration took place at all at any point.

While he was doing this, after a few minutes I ejaculated; he stopped and I assume removed his condom while I was ejaculating. I turned to find he'd removed the condom, and I'm reasonably confident that his penis was covered throughout the activity although I did wonder whether he removed it slightly earlier in the process (although I kept putting my hand there to check it was still on). He was still erect and clearly hadn't ejaculated himself.

I guess my question is, I assume the condom covered part is safe, but in the event that there was a brief (and it would have been very brief) rubbing / slight pushing of his penis against my anus, is that any cause for concern re STDs? No penetration took place at all and I'd assumed that it would probably have to be so to cause concern, but I'm a bit worried if fluids on my outer anus might cause a problem. There certainly wouldn't have been anything 'in' me so to speak.

Like I say, I walked away thinking everything was fine but wanted to get a second opinion on the community. There's been no symptoms at all of anything, though I can feel some slight discomfort today - I suspect because of slight anxiety.

Finally, can any anal STD be transmitted to someone else via the penis?

Hi, condom covered rubbing is zero risk for any std and uncovered penis rubbing to anus would be a risk for Syphilis and herpes. Test for these only if you have a long term partner.

Penitration would need to occur

Actually, one more question. In general, if there is brief (let's say a few rubs) of the tip of a penis on my anus, is that a realistic concern for things like Chlamydia and gonnorhea? Or would penetration have to occur?

Thank you. I thought pretty much along the same lines. Appreciate you taking the time to reply.
