Am i infected with STDs

Hii.. On 14th June I had protected sex with a sex worker,but my condom was covered 90% at bottom little skin was exposed and I gave her a lip lock about 8-10seconds and fingered her private part.
After 75 days I took Anti HIV and Anti body 1 and 2 with p24 4gen test which result was non reactive.
My symptoms are
1)After 3 days of incident taste less mouth and painful pimple appeared at the bottom of the lip I don't know why it came because of shaving with old trimmer little rusty or kissing her.
2)sudden Neck pain for one day
3)after one month small Goosebumps like red spots came on chest and went away in 2 days 5 pimples on back and 2 on hands.
4)tingling in left hand and left leg for 3 days.
5)feel like shevering and like falling
6)I used to google daily about stds and HIV symptoms when I read about the std symptoms daily I used to chek my private part.
I)I feel like some thing coming out from pennies but nothing it was for 5days.
II)rash at groin very itchy and cuts which hurts while walking.
III)small 3 red bumps size same as Goosebump and 1 white bump.no pain and not itchy it went away in 3days.
IV)Bump at bottom of pennies before also I got this.
V)when I went for a stool and when I applied full pressure on stomach sperm came out with pain I taught it might because I did not mastrubated for many days.
VI)my tongue feel burning it is furry and cracks and up surface of mouth is rough and feel like little furry when i touch with my tongue.
So please help me what happend to me is these symptoms are because of
Anxiety or Mental pressure or Dehydration or do i infected with STDs.

Please anyone....above symptoms and now my palms are more red than before and left eye has pain and it became very red...neck pain...please tell me does there related to my Incident or do I suffering from any other problem.

And also big red itchy bumps coming and going 2 on left hand (fore arm and bicep) 1 on right hand (bicep) 1 on stomach I don't know weather there are caused by mosquitoes or other insect bites or any related symptoms.

By your answers I am now confident that I am not infected,but now also my mouth roof is like sand paper and Lower jaw corner gum(left side) sometimes it swells and again gets ok ,throat also hurts sometimes mostly when i lays down,on tongue I can see small tiny red spots. Hope these also not concern with any STD's not even oral herpes. Or these also because of Anxiety?

probably anxiety is causing you to feel symptoms. This happens to me often!

you had no risk for HIV. And if you not married or have a regular partner, you dont need testing for any std.

Thank you very much I was afraid a lot.... So I don't have HIV and no STDS...here I no need to tests for STD's.

Hi no they are not symptoms of any std and with the sore throat, since you did not give her oral sex its also not related to the affair.

You said they are not std symptoms but now  also I have fatigue,sore throat, lower back pain , legs pain and burning sensation in stomach,feet and palms.
What are these does these are STDs.

Hi, protected vaginal sex is very low risk and if your gential area did not make rubbing contact with hers (outside the condom) you had zero risk. Your symptoms do not suggest any std.
