Anxiety or STD

Hello, a month ago i had sex with a women, protected vaginal unprotected oral which i received. Anyway for the past month i have had this weird feeling in the tip of my penis like air is constantly flowing into the opening. prickly feeling in my thighs not painful but noticable. i am circumcised and on where my forskin circle is there is like a raw patch of skin there. dosent itch, but becomes a nuisance after masterbation or sex. This spot was never a blister it just showed up. I have been to my doctors many of times took the appropraite test and came up negative on all test. My doctor has no clue what the raw spot is on the skin of my penis said she was forsure wasent herpes or anything else. my doctor has prescribe me an antifungal cream which relieves the raw patch on the penis skin during masterbation. But my doctor still said she wasent sure if it was a fungal infection because i really have no symptoms just the spot. What im really trying to ask am i just blowing this whole thing out of proporsone. Can my mind just totally be tricking me and im really just fine? Any help would be appreciated.
