Any STDs from this encounter?

Recently I had an encounter with a masseuse in Dubai who recently has her Occupational Health Card.
She gave me a handjob with a lubricating gel, a very brief unprotected oral encounter (less than 1 min) and protected vaginal encounter and condom was intact after use.
What are my risks for any STDs including HIV, HSV, Syphillis, HPV?
Thanks for replies.

Vey low risk, I see no reason to be concerned.

I really feel strange with my penis head it aches and I have back pain but I think it could be psychological.
Are these the first outbreak symptoms of HSV?
I know that protected sex is safe for HIV, Syphillis etc. but not for HSV and I am really afraid that I might get it from this one-time encounter...
What would it be and when if an outbreak occurs?
My penis looks quite normal.

Yes for HSV and HPV...very low risk.

Yes it could be irritation from gel or condom.

Even for HSV and HPV? I didn't see any obvious blisters etc. but I have an irritation on my penis tip but it could be because of condom or that gel she used, right?
