Autoimmune

I'm 43 and have a long history of antiobiotic use. Erythromycin, Tetracycline, penicillin ,amoxicillin , introveinous ancef, keflex, etc. I suffer from itchy anus, eyes, flaky scalp, tingling / itch in right foot and my wife seems to always have a yeast infection. Over the course of my life, I have had sex (mostly protected) with 30 or so women. I am educated, middle class, and have never used a prostitute. All of my girlfriends have also been white/ middle class.  Can someone help me connect the dots? Do I have an std or a simple yeast infection? How do I get tested for a yeast infection? It seems that treatment for yeast is a long, impossible, diet of zero sugar. Is there an easier way? Please help.

All white women huh? They are the biggest hoes. Start young too. That might be the problem.
