BBBJ worried

In the past  3 weeks, I've had unprotected oral sex with the same sex worker twice.  Both times I ejaculated outside of her mouth.  The woman had no obvious signs of infections.  Her tongue was pierced.  I'm worried that I have put myself at risk for an STD.  I have no symptoms...feel fine.  Do I have anything to worry about and should I get tested?

Thanks,
SLN

I had similar concerns after receiving oral sex from a new partner. See this thread the doc provided as pretty overwhelming evidence that the odds are not perfect, but way in your favor.

If you are going to worry - why continue to have unprotected oral sex?

the risk is small though it can happen. Ejaculation either in her mouth or outside of it has no bearing on the risk of acquiring a std.
