Blood from penis

I was just curious. One day I came back from running and when I went to take a shower I notice a small amount of blood on the tip of my penis and I figured it was from running and my penis rubbing in my boxer briefs seeing how it look liked it had been rub raw. It stung using the bathroom the first time but the next time I used the bathroom it didn't. And  over the past couple days it has healed but not fully. But I notice later that I had blood spots in my urethra. So my question is. Is it possible that i could have bruised the inside of my penis or could have gotten blood on the  inside of my urethra and thats what may have caused the blood spots or would it be something else. I have only been with 2 people in the past 2 and half years. And i have been tested 3 times with in that time span for STD'S and nothing has ever come up. But Im a worry wart and was wondering if it could be something related to a STD and the symptom's are just showing up now?

Hi and welcome. being male, i would think its possible to bruise the penis from what you describe. Normally with STD's there is a white/yellow discharge and burning when urinating or even an itching in the urethrea. If your worried maybe best to have a doc check to make sure all is in working order.
