Body slide concerns

Hi,
I went to an establishment that provided erotic nude body slide massage service.
The lady in question, lathered her self in massage oil and proceeded to rub herself all over my body.
My concerns are that her vulva was rubbed on my body and scrotum.
Also, she got on top of me and simulated sexual intercouse with her hand. However, at one point my penis tip was touching her labia/ lips for at least 10-15 seconds.
I asked if I had penetrated her and she said no.
Am I at risk for the transmission of hiv or other stds ?
My local sexual clinic said this is a no risk event for the hiv, and very minimal if at all for more common stds such as bacterial ones.
Is this correct advice?
I regret what I've done as I believe I may have put myself at serious risk.
Thankyou.

You had no real risk for a STD.

Hey thanks for replying. Oil based products can make condoms more susceptible to breaking.
In my country, syphillis is conclusive at 6 weeks with the tests used.
( we also use the DUO for hiv testing in most labs).
I contacted a sexual health qualified nurse.
No risk for hiv, very minimal risk of bacterial stds was the advice I received.

Also forgot to mention if the presence of cuts and abrasions from rough activity changes any advice given.
Thanks.
