Burning Urination, Join Pain and red eyes

Hi,

I had unprotected sexual intercourse 3 weeks ago, one week after it I had a flu like symptoms but it went fine (No fever)

one week back I had a very painful burning sensation while urinating, it is still going on till now

two days ago my eyes became very red and itchy...

I also have a mild join pain

Hi, the red eye and join pain are not std related and with the burning while urinating there also sould be a white puss discharge esp in the moring before you urinate. without the puss would not indicate any std but maybe your causing it by constant pulling and checking. Either way have a doc run some tests just to make sure all is ok.

Hello, I had a urine test today:
the results have the below upnormalities:
PH of 5.5
WBC of 30 (white blood cells)
Blood Trace-Intact
Specific Gravity > 1030

I am seeing my doctor again in two days to check, but what can these readings refer to?
