Burning sensation in groin

Exactly 2 weeks two days ago I had sex with a woman I Received oral and vaginal sex but had a condom on the entire time. I immediately got in the shower after sex and throughly cleaned my genital area with soap for about 5 minutes. Exactly 2 days after I noticed a pain in the lymph nodes in my groin. Two days after that I had a burning sensation in the tip of my penis no pain when voiding or ejaculating. The lymph nodes began to burn as well. The skin just under my penis on each side was inflamed but there were no lesions or discharge from my penis. I also noticed frequent urination. I took ciproflaxon for 3 days 500 mg every 12 hours and then finished another antibiotic I had for 3 more days twice a day.  I can't remember the name. The pain in the tip of my penis had subsided but the  pain in my groin is still there to this day. My lower back also hurts and my testicles seem achy. My anus has also began to feel uncomfortable.  I'm worried maybe some of the bodily fluid from the woman may have gotten on my penis when I removed the condom. I also am very sensitive to soaps and I used a soap I haven't used before. Normally it just makes me itchy but I'm also curious as to maybe with the through cleaning maybe I had gotten some in my urethra and possibly developed a uti. I'm not sure and very stressed out. Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

Possibly trichomonias. Is your sperm yellow now?

This forum has a variety of similar symptoms but based on what I've read through this forum it appears that this is a SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED FUNGAL infection of some sort with me! Don't listen to HSV explanations if your symptoms are like mine. I believe this to be true because I got minor relief to this with Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetone cream (used for fungal infections on the skin).
Clammy, itchy, burning groin and balls like nano worms live on the surface is due to contact, in my case, with vaginal fluids! My girlfriend and I were active for years with no issues. We broke up and we hooked up, with a condom, about two years later and I almost immediately had the symptoms that do not go away! The worst thing is I gave this to another sexual partner that really did not deserve this.
Also, the minor relief I received to the Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetone cream was due to constant re-infection from the partner who I gave it to. Now I'm really about making sure she and I get better together. This is like a super fungal infection that is still very low on the radar where a diagnosis is concerned. Especially if doctors aren't even looking for it. I will try Diflucan next and see what happens. :/

cleaning up after sex doesn't reduce your risk of std's. they don't lay around on the skin to work their way into the body over time.

what testing have you had done so far?
