Burning sensation in male urethra

I am a bisexual man. One night I was with another man to play around. He was very rough up to the point where he started to masterbate my penis very hard. I told him to stop when I started to feel discomfort. When I came home, I realized that the urethra opening on my penis is larger than usual. I realized that it was stretched or expanded. 2 days later, I'm starting to have discomfort when I'm peeing or at random times when I'm just hanging out.

What do you think happened? I hope it's not STDs...What should I do about my situation?

Thanks.

Hi. Just noticed how you really understand this topic.

I'm a teenage girl and I just tried urethra play for the first time today. Now, my Urethra hurts when I urinated and I always feel the urge to urinate. I'd rather not tell my parents.

I've had a urinary tract infection before (which my parents knew about).

What should I do? Can I just take pain medication and wait for this to pass? Or is there anything else I should do?

Thanks, and sorry for bothering you!

wait for your test results at this point. really nothing else you can do.  it takes about 3 days until antibiotics are being effective too.

Hi Grace,

On Monday, I went to this facility where they do anonymous testing.I told her about my situation and she is almost positive that it was gonorrhea cause the symptoms were similar to other people. She gave me one pill of Suprax and 2 Azithromycin pills (500 mg) and took it right away after I ate.. Apparently it was 99% effective. They gave me a blood test and a urine test and I have to wait about 10 days for it. The thing is that its already Tuesday night and I only see a slight difference.

Any comments/thoughts?

Thanks.

I'd stop the cranberry tablets at this point in case they are causing irritation.

call your provider monday and ask for further recommendations.

also avoid caffeine and spicey foods too!

Hey Grace,

It is almost a week and the Levaquin isn't working. I've tried drinking/taking the cranberry juice/tablets at the same time. I'm still getting the burning sensation when I pee. My penis is in good condition, but my urethra looks irritated.

Do you know what is going on? What is the next step? I might call the doctor on Monday if the problem still persists.

Thanks again and Happy New Year!

I went to the doctor today and took a urine sample. Everything looked clean. I was prescribed to take Levaquin for seven days. How long does it usually take until the medication kicks in?

Thanks.

No I was not using massage oils or anything. Thank you for your advice. I will drink water and avoid caffeinated products.

you won't get a std from a hand job.

irritation can cause issues. at this point try drinking extra fluids and avoiding caffeine for a day or two and see how that goes. if you start to feel worse, be seen for some basic urine testing.

were you using any massage oils or anything like that during this?
