Chalmydia and Gonorrhea Urine Test

I had an unprotected insertive oral sex  with a prostitue. After one month, I did a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea and the results came negative. I gave my urine in the morning at the Lab without urinating for 6 hours before the test but I am concerned if the results are accurant since I filled all the cup . I read in some blogs that it should be15-20ml. Does the quantity of urine affects the results? should I test again?
I had a itching on the head of the penis for 2 weeks  after exposure without any pain when urinating.
After 40 days of exposure I did a rapid test for syphilis and hiv and the results were negative. Should it test them again? I dont have symptoms to this moment !
Thanks you

if you had contracted genital herpes from oral sex, you most likely would've had  very obvious and painful symptoms, not just itching. no reason to suspect herpes as a cause of your symptoms.

Great! I thought that to much urine will affect the sensitivity of the test.

So the itching is not related to hsv?

I wanted to test for hsv but the doc told me not to test for it!!!

Yes I will never make the same mistake again. It's hard to think that you

might ruin your life for few seconds of pleasure!

you really don't have any reason to be questioning the accuracy of your testing. you waited more than long enough to test.   absolutely nothing wrong with putting too much urine in the cup either.

usually itching is just due to irritation or jock itch, not a std.

the risk from unprotected oral is very low for std's. really no reason to repeat your testing. in the future, protect yourself, save yourself testing and save yourself worrying but only having protected contact!
