Chlamydia or?

37 months ago I had an encounter while drink, brief unprotected vaginal intercourse, a few days after I developed a rash in my genital area that went away after about a week. I was tested about 18 months after the exposure and was negative for syphilis, hiv, hep, gonnorea and chlamydia. I have had no symptoms like painful urination or discharge or anything of the sort, only issues I've had is what seems to be folliculitis/boils which are pretty persistent they appear on my thighs, chest, and beard/neck area. A few months after my encounter(33 months ago) I entered a relationship and recently my partner has been having abdominal pains and bleeding between periods and I started to have mild/dull testicle pain.

Is it possible for these symptoms to be related to chlamydia and take almost 3 years to surface?

Hi things like chlamydia would clear up on their own in a few month and not lay dormant for years. I would advise her to see a doc for a checkup

Would or wouldn't clear up in a few months?
would
So it would clear up on its own, but come back again soon? I've never heard of it clearing up without treatment.
what do you think happened to those with it before antibiotics was created? It  cleared up by our bodies own antibodies. but it would not come back
