Could I catch an std by having my foreskin scrathed during oral sex?

My foreskin may have been scratched by a prostitute's tooth during Oral Sex. I was wearing a condom, and she was being vigorous with her hand and mouth simultaneously. I didn't notice a tear in the condom, but afterwards when showering I saw that my foreskin had a 7mm scratch on it, that was bloody.
The scratch may have been made by her tooth or friction from her hand. Either way, could I be at risk of any std?

Thanks
