Could I get syphilis from a infected massage therapist

I had a few massages in a foreign country. Now I have small red bumps on my back and a few on my arms only. Is it possible that the massage therapist had syphilis.
Could she have rubbed herself then rubbed my back.
Maybe I’m just paraniod.

Hi what your describing doesnot suggest syphilis as she would have to had secondary syhilis rash on her hands and if she had secondary syphilis i doubt she would be working.

What would the small red bumps on my back be then. Only one or two of them have been itchy. They are only on my back and arms.
Those are not std symptoms
