Could it be an std?
Could an std be causing folliculitis, foamy urine, a lot of gas and stomach growling? Any advice and information would be much appreciated.

Hi no std causes those issues but white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating, urethra itching and genital sores are the symptoms

Thanks for the help Life360_Dave, what about a Candida infection? After I had received oral from a female of a women of unknown status and I went to the er at a hospital here for an hiv test on the 24 day and they said I had a yeast infection and was prescribed an anti fungal cream for 10 days I used it and it stopped the light burning I had during urinating but my stomach has been growling and I have a lot of gas
i have the same situation over 2 years now.
all started after unprotected oral. all test came negative up to date. including blood & urine. simpletons very mild now. recently tested and it also came back negative.
