Deep Kissing - STD risks
Hi,

I can't find a definite answer on the forum regarding the risks of STD involved in deep kissing (without seeing any sore but possible bleeding gums or micro-cut).
Some sites mention that it is not a behavior that put at risks and some mention that it is risky...
Can you tell me what are the major risks?
I think Hep B, HSV1 are definitely a risk but what about HSV 2?, and the other STD (Chlam, Gonno,...,)...i read that HIV was not a risk for deep kissing.

Thank you for your response and your help!

The main concern with deep kissing is Herpes. HIV is not transferred via kissing.

deep kissing is not a std risk.

we don't consider oral herpes a std. oral herpes is transmitted through romantic type kisses though.

we don't recommend any testing from kissing someone.
