Did medication fail?

I was just treated for an STI but unfortunately the doctors did not tell me which specific one. The symptoms i had were a cloudy discharge from the penis. Pain during urination and an itchy urethra.
The doctors first treated me with an injection (ceftri..) and a certain drug and later when infection was not going they treated me with doxycyline and some other drug. The last drug that was given me was Mispotsit. Now all the symptoms have left however, i recently realized that any time i wear a white underware overnight by the time i wake up there would be stains in it. I went for a tissue culture test and it shows that i am negative and that there is no bacterial infection. the doctor said it is normal. Its been three months now yet i continue to get stains in my pants. what should i do. Pls help me.

Whatever is going on now, it's not std related most likely. I'd follow up on this with your urologist if you are concerned.
