Discharge? STD?

I received unprotected oral sex from a girl, one night stand. A week later I started to feel an uncomfortable pain from my penis, sort of burning, sort of stabbing or sharp pain. However, no pain or any discomfort while urinating or from orgasm, actually eases the pain for a while. Also, my boxers are now always wet. I haven't SEEN any discharge, but my boxers are wet almost all the time now.

These symptoms went on for about 3 weeks before I saw a doctor. Still waiting on results from urine sample and blood test, though HIV test already came back negative. During examination, doctor saw nothing wrong with penis, and she didn't see any signs of irritation. She also asked if I've seen crusting on my boxers, but I haven't. What could be causing this?

This is quite mysterious to be honest with you. I can say though that I have experienced almost all of these problems you have listed (especially where it follows sex), and I have never tested positive for an STD. This doesn't sound like an STD to me.

With the information you have provided me, I would venture a guess that this sounds somewhat like Chronic Prostate/Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). CPPS is usually caused by stress or anxiety related disorders, and not infections (so you don't need to worry about passing anything on to anything).

I have CPPS episodes from time to time, and urinating seems to help those as well. The wetness is probably urine still exiting your urethra even though you have finished urinating. I have to deal with this problem as well, and you have to keep a close eye on that after you have "finished" urinating. A urologist would better provide you answers with that.
