Do i have just hemoroids or is this an STD?

Hi for the past few weeks i've been having a really hard time going to the bathroom. Most of the time i would constipate. Then after i'm done going to the bathroom i would get up and the inside of my anus would protrude out a little bit .

Then after a while I started noticing little white things hanging out of the inside of my anus. Like so, what are those little bumps and hanging skin? Is that some kind of disease or is it common?

And then I notice one little piece of skin hanging outside my anus area. As circled in the picture.

Am i just having really bad hemoroids or is that genital warts or gential herpes? I looked up all three conditions and they all have very similar symptoms, I dont know if I should be worried and go see a doctor?

If you are constipated you can be taking steps to change that.  Plenty of otc fiber supplements as well as stool softeners out there. Also drink lots of extra fluid too.

The best thing to do is to see your provider and get these looked at. Yes indeed it does sound like hemorrhoids but getting a proper evaluation done is in your best interest.

i got worried about the same thing...but i think you just have bad hemmoroids...herepes starts out as red bumps then become sores...genital warts look like little clusters or just warts spread out.
