During yeast infection treatment

I have several questions about the treatment of a yeast infection. I was prescribed diflucan to take two times within 5 days of each other. I did not have any symptoms of a yeast infection - other than I was having pain during sex, so therefore I refrained from intercourse with my boyfriend until I seen a doctor. During my exam she said that she noticed some discharge and took a culture and discovered high amounts of yeast cells…I never had discharge on my underwear, a foul smell…etc so this through me for a loop. I always thought that a vagina also had a small amount of moisture? So now I’m kind of unsure what is normal and what is not? Also since taking the pills, I’ve been having abdominal pain and water spots on my underwear - is this normal? I change them as often as possible when this occurs. I sometimes feel very wet and then sometimes very dry, I was wondering if this is just my body trying to get things back in order down there. I try to sleep naked at night to let things air out etc…I’ve stopped almost all sugar intake and switched to gluten free foods to help aid the healing process and my overall health. I have trouble with dairy products so I can’t really do the yogurt thing, I did purchase acidophilus but I noticed a lot of cramping so I discontinued use recommended by my pharmacist. I make sure to take a multivitamin and I also take natural apple cider vinegar baths every other day. The doctor switched my birth control pill as well, stating it was an extremely low dose. I was switched too Kelnor 1/35 from Junel Fe. Your insight would be great, and I hope I didn’t provide too much information.
