Early testing

Hello, I've asked a similar question in the herpes forum and HIV but wondered if anyone in this forum could help me as well. I had a full panel of STD testing (plus type specific HSV testing) done at 4 weeks post exposure. I repeated the HIV and HSV tests at 8 but none of the others. My question is are the:  RPR qualitative ( is this syphilis ) and the hepatitis b and c tests accurate at 4 weeks post exposure? Thanks for the help
