Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae!!!

Hi, I have recently been (infected?) or have gotten enlarged circumvallate papilllae on the back of my tongue near the throat after a one nighter... i was wondering if there is any chance of enlarged circumvallate papillae being an STD?
any help would be much appreciated as I am very worried and no doctors seem to know what actually causes it...

I doubt this has anything to do with your one night encounter.  To be honest, I don't know what causes this condition, but I have not heard of it being associated with an STD.
Best,
Em
