FRIGHTENED????????

I HAVE GOT A BIT OF A PROBLEM THAT I HAVE A CREAMY STICKY DISSCHARGE FROM MY PENIS.. I ALSO HAVE A PAIN LIKE PI**ING BROKEN GLASS WHEN I PEE{ the pain is at the base of my penis where your bottocks meet the base of your penis} AFTER I FINISH PEEING I HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF BLOOD DRIPPING OUT OF THE END,,,,THE WATER IN THE TOILET BOWL ALSO GETS VERY FROTHY AS I PEE INTO IT-------   WHAT IS IT??????
    AS I AM A BIT SCARED TO GO TO MY GP AT THE MOMENT(as they are my new dr's & i feel embarrised to go)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!          THANK'S FOR ANY HELP/ADVISE

Doctors would sure be twiddling their thumbs if no one wanted to come through their doors with symptoms of something.  You have to remember, you're not the only guy to ever come through the doors with and aching pee pee.  GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!  You'll be glad you did.  You might just have a urinary tract infection.  No biggie.

You need to see a doctor.  Find a local std clinic if you do not want to go to your GP.

I find it really hard to believe that you'd prefer to keep suffering from your symptoms instead of seeing a doctor asap, and get help. you will most likely need antibiotics anyways, and we cannot provide you them online, even if someone could give the right diagnosis.
seek a professional, feel embarrased if you have to. it will pass, and hopefully all your symptoms will soon too.
