Female, enlarged urethra, some discharge w/no odor

I am growing a bit concerned as I dont know WHAT is going on. I keep searching on line and see all these different possible options, but some either have too much going on or not enough to help me related.
Right now the entrance to my urethra is enlarged. I know my area very well and before it was almost undetecable, now its clearly visible. When I urinate, I would describe the feeling as more irritating than burning. I would also describe the overall feeling of this as uncomfortable more than itchy. Discharge started about a week after I noticed my urethra. It only happens about 3-4x a day, and its more like a spurt of discharge. At one point I thought my period came early, only to discover it hadnt. The smell isnt foul or fishy, it almost reminds more of plastic or medicine like smell if I had to give it one. Its not clumply, discolored, or anything. Almost reminds me of sexual release. I took a UTI and yeast infection test and got negative results. Went to the doc and he couldnt see anything visually so he just let me go. I dont know if its urethristis, chlamydia, or what. I have the symptoms for some of it, but not for all of it.

Yea they need to do some urine test or swabbing or something.. the closest thing online Im finding is something called urethricitis or something... in which case i just need antiboticis. But all of those symptoms dont fit me either. Its definitely more than just a visual testing that is needed.
