Flaky and Odory penis

Hello. I am 19 years of age and sexually active with one partner (although i have had others before).I have a few things to get out of my way actually and i would appreciate it VERY VERY much! I always use condoms during sex, but not when i am receiving oral sex. The thing is, on top of my penis where sperm comes out during ejaculation there is a very light Yellow bruise like thing going on and i am really worried. Aside from that, i was the top of my penis everyday but hours later, it starts to get a bad odor and flaky. Kind of like Dry Sperm. Few months ago i found out i had Fungus near my groin area (very itchy, dry and irritating skin) but it still doesn't seem to fully go away after different kinds of creams. I have Fordyce spots on my penis (which is very normal). Also, i have read Fordyce spots are normal around the gums in the mouth too, and i noticed a few of them on my gums LONG before i tried oral sex. Please help me out i am worried and need help. For the record, i went to Planned Parenthood March 23, 2010 and i have no STD's but am still worried.

Again.  Please post on the Men's health forum or dermatology forum. Since this is not std related, you will be better off posting in one of those forums for ideas on what is causing your condition.

I'm sorry i am new here. Any ideas on what it can be and how i can treat it better? The fungus around the groin area has calmed very well after using a cream called Hydrocortisone.

You need to post this in Men's health.  You have already been tested and came up negative for std's.  That means this is not an std issue.
