Flat round/oval spots on penis head

I'm also looking for answers to this problem. I have facial herpes sometimes but never anything down below.
Spots are all around head of penis. Been with same girl six years, no sex for about a year, and this stuff shows up out of nowhere? Look like tiny hard spot, then spreads out into circle/oval shape, flat and red. Tried fungus creme but seems to be spreading. No pain, itching, burning, puss, nothing. Somewhat shiny, with dry skin after stretched and released. Almost appears to be white ring with the original dot in middle, when skin is stretched, but not on all. Might be raised ever so slightly.Started with 2 on top of head. Most prominant ones under ridge of the head, 2or3 on each side in a row. Smaller than pencil eraser slightly. New ones showing up all over head. It started about 2 or 3 months ago. Unemployed, with no insurance, so any news would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx

P.S- no pics on net seem to match.

Your symptoms do not sound like a STD. Spots can be due to many causes, many non-STD related. See a doctor for proper diagnosis.
