Frequent urination which has stopped. Now a puffy urthera

Hi hope that I could get some help/ information or advice on my situation.

25 days ago I had unprotected sex. 2 days later I felt a tingling sensation which lasted 3 days within my penis. I did take some azithromycin during this time as a safe measure. 1 week later I had sex again with somebody that 100% clean, however the morning after the same sensation came back.

Over the next week I had a frequent urge to urinate which came to a sudden stop. The last week I havent really felt anything, But i have noticed a puffy tip which is slightly red. The puffiness comes and goes over a period of a day.

I havent stopped thinking of the situation, which I know may be causing false symptoms. I have had no pain whilst urinating, no puss etc. However I did have some tenderness around my crouch area. Sometimes if I think about it, the tip of my penis feels cold.

Any help would be appreciated. Does this sound like an STD?

Herpes are lesions that are blister like and open with clear liquid and are painful so i would not be concerned about that. Yes balantis can be contagious but its only a fungal infection where the skins normal flora grow out of control. Even with a UTI there should be some kind of urethra irritation.

I forgot to mention, when I had the frequent urge to urinate, I felt like the tip of my penis was dripping. Again this stopped when the urge to urinate stopped.

Ive read online that a puffy penis tip could be a symptom of genital herpes? I did also have 3-4 days when I felt the left side of my anus tingle. DO you think this is a symptom I am thinking of?

Im literally thinking about the situation every day, which I know is making my anxious.

Thanks for the reply. I think most of the symptoms I was imagining, as im uncontrollably thinking about the situation everyday, and checking for new symptoms pretty much every hour.  

The frequent urination was strange though. Could this be related to a UTI? Also I forgot to mention that the left side of my rectum was tingling for around 3-4 days. Again, this only happened when I thought of the situation.

I will get checked out ASAP. Is Balanti contagious?

Hi, really takes about 5 days for any interior symptoms for things like Gono or chlamydia to appear so i would not correlate the 2nd day tingling with these. Taking the antibiotic may have stopped any infection that was developing so with no urethra white puss discharge or burning while urinating, you can safely assume your ok.
A puffy penis head is not an std symptom but maybe fungal related. Things like Balantis does cause some swelling and if this is whats happening youd need some anti fungal cream to aide. I think it would be best to see a doc at this point for some tests and if you use condoms you would not be going through this. Just a thought
