Genital Rash?? What could this be?

A few months ago my ex girlfriend and I had sex and within 36hrs she had a "rash" (appeared to be small pimples or razor burn) around her vagina but not actually on it, they were slightly itchy but not blisters or painful and went away in a week, they were the worst on the first day and got better each day.  Recently we had sex again and the same thing happened but this time the rash was gone in less than 24 hrs. She has had sex with another guy many times and never had this happen as I have had sex with another woman without this result. The spots look just like small pimples and can be popped with a single discharge location just like a pimple. What could be causing this? We both shave our Pubic area and I have had what appeared to be razor burn a time or two over the years where my underwear waist band rubs but tested negative for all STD's since then. I haven't been tested since our encounter a few months ago and neither has she. I hope someone can shed some light on this. Thanks

Over time peoples body's tend to change.  What once did not affect us before, may all of a sudden affect us at any moment.  Sometimes it is unexplainable.  But have her bring it up at her gynecologist and see what they say.

It does not sound like an std.  It could be that she is extra sensitive.  If you have stubble, and with the rubbing and friction, maybe she is getting rashes from that.
