Genital Warts on Penis

jkx
Hi, I have several warts on my penis. 1 on the shaft and 2 on my scrotum. They are pretty small and not attached or near to the others. They are also not painful in any way. I have been with the same woman for almost 6 years 100% faithfully and did not partake in any risky sexual behavior previous to that.  Regardless, I have these warts that just appeared recently.  I have a tendency towards excessive masturbation (sometimes 4-5 hours straight- and I am not joking)...anyways..I was wondering if this kind of masturbation can cause the warts to come out.  I've never had any genital warts before and was never very sexually active.  I don't doubt that I got HPV from a previous girlfriend or my current one even though she has no signs of HPV. My question is to whether or not they can just go away on their own. The 2 medications I was recommended Aldara and Condylox both seem to have some painful side effects.

1. What has anyone done beside those medications?
2. Is there any harm in leaving them alone and just keeping clean and taking baths?

PS. I am tested negative for HIV to rule that out.

so you're confident they're genital warts right?
if so, there has not been any known facts about masturbating that triggers growths of warts or more outbreaks of warts.
It is very common to go without symptoms of HPV for years even or never.  You couldve gotten it from anyone.
Yes genital warts go away on its own usually but only after more growths of it so you want to try to get treatment for the warts.  The best one I would recommend is to freeze it off, this is done by a professional. If you are wanting medication still, I dont have any recommendations but aldara seems to be popular.
How long HPV takes to go away depends on your immune system.  on average i'd say 1-2 yrs but for a good immune system it would be around 8 months.
They is no harm in leavin your warts alone, cleaning or ignoring them.   You will just pass them on to someone who does not have it during sex.

eh well u need to ask a doctor no one can diagnose u online, however if it infact were hpv your immune system should take care of it on its own.
