Genital Warts?

I had unprotected intercourse with my girlfriend for the first time 1.5yrs ago (first sexual experience in 5yrs for me and I never had any previous symptoms). Prior to this unprotected intercourse there was a lot of vigorous oral sex (1/2 hr. at a time) and a lot of condom use for extended amounts of time (I am able to remain aroused for 1-2 hrs). I dont remember exactly but after having unprotected intercourse for the first time with her, 1-3 weeks later I noticed a small red blister on my penis shaft which at first itched (dispelled it because after long condom use I itched before) and so I thought it was just irritation from all the sex. She said she had seen it before on previous partner and acted like it was a battle scar from vigorous oral sex (which she really gave me a lot) and she also said she tested negative for everything before we got together. But I later found out she was with someone while we were just friends and I dont know if her test was before or after that. So, the red mark never changed color, hurt, broke open, pussed or leaked anything. After about a few days to a week it no longer looked like a blister and just turned into a small area of red skin (but when looking closely it looks like a small patch of tiny red spots) and has remained that way until this day (1.5yrs later). I have never really seen any chages in color or size and there is no pain or feeling. It isnt even really noticabe unless your really looking for it. My GF and I continued having unprotected intercourse until recently we broke up. Should I be concerned?
