Geographical tongue
Hey I would love to thank in advance for anyone who takes there time to answer my questions and conversate with me. Three months ago I had sexual intercourse with a female and of course my luck the condom broke. Since that day witch was December 11 2015 I been stressing out everyday till now. I immediately got tested around a week later because she told me she had chlamydia. When I went to the doctors I explain to them what happen and of course got tested for stds, but they also gave me a 1 does of Azithromycin powder. A week later i go for the results and it said that i was negative for everything. Is it possible she never gave me the chlamydia or was she lying about having it? Weeks passed and I still felt like something was wrong. Over the weeks my tongue became white. It's not oral thrush cause I looked up the difference. scared and stressed i decided to get tested again.My second testing was around January I can't remember the exact date. I asked for an std test including one for hsv2 since i read is not a test doctors perform without an outbreak. A week later i got the results and once again i was negative for everything except my hvs2 test came back positive. I thought to myself how is that possible I never had an outbreak. The doctor told me not to worry about it since it was a blood test and I've never had an outbreak. I relaxed a little bit about my hsv2 results. Around mid February I noticed small little cracks around the front and mid of my tongue. What can be causing this?? Till now 4 months later my tongue is still a white and the cracks are still there but not was bad as before. Three days ago i noticed around the back side of my tongue a smooth bald spot. It was larger 3 days ago seems to be losing size,but now on the other side of my tongue i see the same bald spot yet these are very tiny. I'm wondering does hiv cause Geographical tongue ??? Or am i just stressed. I read that after 3 months a hiv test should be conclusive is this true. Even though i dont think i have hiv cause i never got no flu/ rash or nothing like that. i did get sick about a week ago but that left in 2 days I'm guessing it was a cold. Also I've had a single small bump on the side of my penis for about a month now that does not hurt or anything just a bump that doesn't go away. Could it be a herpies bump??? Doesn't look like it. Anyways can anyone help me with this please I would really appreciate it.
okay so I'm going to put my stress on my Tongue fissures and possible geographical tongue away if they are not a symptom on h.i.v i'll get tested again around june when i hit 6 months.

Yes your extremely worried and are over checking your body. Have an HIV test so you can put this behind you.
I will be retested at the 6 month mark hopefully everything comes out okay. But what about the small cracks on my tongue i never had and the small bald spots on the back. Do you think is my stress doing this to me. I've also had little weird body pains here and there that come and go. Idk maybe is my stress doing this to me.
I'm sorry i meant my girl was the last person i had sexual intercourse with before i found anything out. So im saying if i would have hiv she would have it was well and she tested negative at 3 months. I know it's below 3.5 so do you think this one single bump ive had on the bottom side of my penis with no pain or anything isn't herpes.

With herpes any number 3.5 or below is considered false positive and need of retesting. We dont use symptoms when discussing HIV as could be anything. HIV is an immune disorder. You say shes your girl, why do you think you girl has HIV?

I don't quite remember to be honest the last time i tested it was around the 1.5 area. Do you have any clue if geographical tongue is a early hiv symptom? I mean my girl got tested like 6 days before her 3 month mark period and tested negative for hiv. We only had sexual intercourse once though.
